Off-Campus Courses and Reverse Transfer

Off-Campus Course Articulation

All courses taken off-campus by current Saint Louis University students must be approved by your college or school and routed through the Office of the University Registrar prior to credit being posted. Please complete and submit the Petition for Undergraduate Off-Campus Enrollment to begin this process.

Students can view previously articulated courses and/or submit a request to have a course articulated via Transferology. Step-by-step instructions for using  Transferology can be found here. Study abroad courses must be  approved by following the process outline.

This approval process may take two to four weeks to complete. Questions regarding the transfer course articulation procedures or the status of your transfer coursework should be directed to articulation@xyschool.net.
